Trying to lose everything on bookmaker X while laying the bet at Betfair Exchange sounds like a possibility, but that seems dangerous to me, if the bet you are trying to lose, accidentally hits as a winner.

You wrote arbing and spread betting but one has nothing to do with the other. If you have experience in trading that would be more like it. If you were successful at trading, not arbing, any sport market you might stand a chance at spread betting given that you'll learn your market well enough...

As far as I'm aware nobody. They would need to welcome an agent to represent them and they're generally going in the opposite direction. The only other solution would be a tool like PT's shark but considering their size and market share nobody bothers.
