Stoiximan and Betano in Romanian market

Could anyone inform me what is the connection between Greek bookmaker Stoiximan and Romanian bookmaker Betano?
Are they offering the same lines? I know bet burger covering Stoiximan so that might mean that they cover Betano as well?
Stoiximan has been very generous with arbs and bonuses in the past and they now have a stricter policy against sharp action and arbers/traders. Looking for alternatives.
