This is based on what? Few friends who got payed? Cause I've done my own research and there are quite few official complaints (after 2 mins of googling) when 1xbet refused to pay even 400-500 euro. I guess there are plenty of them. And in my opinion I wouldnt deposit even 100 euro into a bookmaker when there is even slight risk of not being payed but talking about 1xbet that risk isn't "slight" for sure.
Edit. I used to bet with 1xbet years ago, before they were known as dodgy book, deposited some and finally tried to withdraw few hundred euros and even that time experienced some of "We're gonna do what we can to discourage you from withdrawing here and make you quit betting +EV" so please don't tell people who just started betting that they are safe if you bet medium stakes.
