I just would need SBR help on this new, CRAZY, case.
I am a VIP member at 1XBET.
It allows you notably to request for refund when a game has been postponed quicker than other users.
A game on the Zambia women league of soccer was apparently postponed as the game was not live betting as expected.
I ask them at 12:21 to refund the bet should they confirm the game was not played
At 12:22 they told me they would look into this
At 12:30 i sent them the official result that i just found that was published on a well known soccer live score and that showed that my bet was won (score of 0 0 and my bet was under 2.5)
next email few minutes letter was to told me that my bet was refunded.
Despite my multiple complaints they never accepted to settle the bet won.
Again it is a relative amount of about 300 euros but 1xbet worst customer service on earth strike again
