Well I thought my account was open again with 21Casino after it had been closed last year. Customer support called me yesterday , spoke on the phone,
set up the usual DL went through RG ect ect. Told account would be reactivated after 24 hours. Got the email confirming this - then waited 24 hours.

Account not open and shows as being locked. Contacted live support who really didnt have a clue what my issue was.
then emailed support who said "please check spam folder for activation email"

totally ignoring everything else I had written - that I have already gone through the many hoops and jumps to reopen this account.

Support really does not undestand the issue - was clearly told on the phone and my email that account would automaticall reopen today and still no joy.

Online gaming really has become very very hard work.
