Yesterday I made a 50 euro deposit at captainspins and got a 50 euro bonus. Played for a few hours having fun and my balance reached 315 euro. I went to play rise of olympus like I always do and wanted to set auto spins on 100 with 1 euro bet like I was doing earlier. I was playing on mobile and instead of setting the autopay to 100 I set my bet to 100.
I was playing on autopilot in my brain and then after one spin I saw my balance drop 100 euro! Here I was playing on 1 euro bet the whole time. That would give me three spins until bust. Offcourse this was a human error and big mistake of my part.
At this point I went to balance section and saw I already wagered 70%+. My balance was at that point around 160 euro real balance and 50 euro bonus which would make it a total for 210 euro after my accidental 100 euro spin. I went to live chat straight away and asked if she could sort his out and if I was good to go.
She couldn't give me an answer so I asked her to forward this to the relevant department that goes about this. Note that if I was a UK citizen there wouldn't be a problem as i never dipped into the bonus funds. However being under the authority from malta for me as a dutch player I don't think they care and the straight up one hard rule is 5 euro max bet.
Now I can't even remember how long I am playing with white hat gaming groups and this would be by far my favourite joint to play at however I am having stress about that one freaking 100 euro spin. I wonder if LadyJelena you could help me out with this. If I'm right you have some contacts at white hat gaming.
I Spend the several next hours and this morning wagering my bonus funds and I have now completed it with a withdrawal of 400 euro. I can only hope that it wasn't all for nothing. A max bet protection tool would be awesome because this shit is just too harsh it deal with.
Maybe someone can help me out here.
