Hi all I have seen a fee post relating to the above company . In total I deposited 325€ over 3 weeks . I won 1250€ last night on a few games and decided to withdraw 1000€.
They have now taken my winnings and given me back my last deposit of 75€ saying I didn’t follow the guidelines and wagered 30% more of my total deposit and that it’s not allowed ‍. I mean if the systems lets you get any amount you want . Then it should allow you to collect your winnings . And there was no bonus money involved in these winnings as I have already wagered and meet the criteria for that one . Any help on how to proceed Would be great . Many thanks
