1XBET has taken all my deposit money and I have won a bet slip of 23 odds and now when I try to login they don’t allow me and ask me to answer a security question which I had set a week before but all efforts in vain despite several attempts it’s not helping me logging in. Their customer care does not reply I have been trying since last 7 days every day afternoon evening and night. I have send 55 emails but still no response. I would suggest never ever never ever use this 1XBet app and everyone knows how much fraudulent activities this application is involved and they never give you big odds winning.

One time I had almost the same issue, when I tried to log in they didn't allow me to but I didn't even get to the security question... The best thing to do is to not use it anymore

There are a number of complaints against 1xBet, including allegations of fraud, delayed or non-payment of winnings, and poor customer service.

Some of the specific allegations against 1xBet include:

  • Fraud: 1xBet has been accused of manipulating odds, voiding winning bets, and refusing to pay out winnings on the grounds of suspicious activity.
  • Delayed or non-payment of winnings: There have been numerous reports of 1xBet delaying or refusing to pay out winnings. In some cases, customers have been told that their winnings are being held for security reasons, while in others they have been told that they have violated the terms and conditions of their account.
  • Poor customer service: 1xBet has been criticized for its poor customer service. Customers have reported difficulty getting in touch with customer support, and when they do manage to speak to someone, they are often unhelpful or rude.
It is important to note that these are just allegations, and 1xBet has denied any wrongdoing. However, the sheer number of complaints against the company suggests that there may be some truth to them.

If you are considering betting with 1xBet, I recommend that you do your research carefully and read the terms and conditions of service carefully before you deposit any money.
