Betway Withdrawal STILL not received

Betway owe me 2 transactions totalling £522. I have been through the ringer with their customer support team. After last night I thought I had found a resolution. They said changing my preferred withdrawal method to bank transfer would allow them to process the funds successfully which I did.

This morning when I asked their support team about it they said this:

"Hey there, thanks for reaching out!

We can see that you have lodged a formal complaint regarding your withdrawal and therefore the customer support team can no longer assist you with this matter. Please allow for our Customer Care team to respond to you."

I have heard nothing back from their customer support team. Please help me guys. I just want my money and for this never ending nightmare to be over.
