Been a long lurker here, I recently signed up to casinoland.com, deposited a few times without taking any bonuses and won a fair bit on the last deposit.
Had some awesome hits on multiple games with the best being a very nice 1069x at £2.40 bet on Legacy of Egypt... it was insane, retrigged at 10x and it kept retrigging for a total tune of 108 spins at 10x!! pic attached.
I submitted all KYC documents and then withdraw 4k,, both are still in-review / pending.
Support claim the pending period is 72 hours, however one of the reasons I signed up to this casino was the stated processing time on various forums detailed 24hours....
72 hours is a major turnoff, once in a blue moon you get a win and so you expect the withdraw to be dealt with promptly.
What is everyones experience with this casino? are they stalling in a hope i would reverse and lose it all? (not going to happen). Or are they looking for a excuse to not payout?
