Need help with boxes

Hi I just joined the site and kind of a newbie with crypto. I want to get one of the boxes with interest but am confused about sending UNI or CAKE or some of the others. It says to choose ERC-20 or BSC, and if choosing ERC-20 then it had to be that. So am I depositing ERC-20 or these other coins? I want to get in on the interest with these boxes. Thanks to anyone that can help!

You can use either chain as a network to deposit your crypto. BSC has much lower fees tho so I would recommend depositing one of the coins that you can use BSC with. If you aren't depositing a massive amount then the ERC network will take way too much of your deposit in gas fees.
