Hi all,
Newbie here but could do with some help?! I placed a 9fold accummulator bet last night with odds of 87/1. I partially cashed out 1.05 of my £5 stake for £50.88 whilst the last leg (liverpool game) was still in play, leaving 3.95 to run on the rest of the bet. The bet came in and i assummed that the remaining £3.95 would have been settled with a further pay out of circa £350, however bet365 are refusing to pay out as they state that i had settled all the previously settled bets, and the remaining stake was only on the bet still in play. I have done partial cash out before and never had this issue before. I have read their t+c's and read that the remaining stake should be placed against the bet. Any help would be much appreciated!
