Good morning,
Last week I stumbled upon No Account Casino. I really liked the concept of playing without creating an account, but boy I was wrong! I ran into multiple problems including the operator deducting bets from my account, but not adding wins to my balance. This issue is still being investigated atm, so I'll report later on that.
The question I have for now; is an operator allowed to stall my deposits if I refuse to send over Source of Wealth documents? Don't get me wrong, I have been requested these documents many times before and I always deliver, but the questionable practices of this casino really make me feel uncomfortable and the last thing I need is sending these sensitive documents to a company like this. I've explained I don't want to send anything over, but now they refuse to pay out my deposits.
