Two days ago I had a football bet with William Hill which included Salah (Liverpool) & Kvaratskhelia (Real Madrid)
Kvaratskhelia didn’t play and wasn’t even in the squad due to an illness which started on the Monday or Tuesday before. I’ll admit I didn’t check that both players were playing and that they were fit but should I have to? I was under the impression that the bet should be voided, it would have been if it was a horse. I spent the best part of an hour on and off live chat with them. In the end a supervisor told me the bet stood and marked the discussion solved. In my opinion it is NOT solved, it’s fraud in my mind, they were well aware Kvaratskhelia wasn’t playing in fact they had at least a day to void it.
