Hi everyone. I’m having difficulty withdrawing my winnings from vegasbaby.com. They’re under the one click LTD banner. I have gone as far as to call the UK gambling commission. They are registered which sounds promising. I have given all documents required.
Front and back of bank card. Proof of address. 3 months bank statements showing transactions from myself to the site. They even went as far as to ask for my tax returns as I’m self employed. I’m aware that some sites have to do vigorous checks to prove that my income is legit. But after 3 weeks of chasing I keep being told that my withdrawal is being reviewed. Very frustrating when the amount owed to me is £25,000.
Has anyone had any bad experiences with this company? As I’m growing increasing worried about this. I just need some reassurance at the moment. As you can imagine it’s very stressful.
