I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else...9 days ago I withdrew via bank transfer, 2 separate amounts from VideoSlots Casino for the first time. I had all the verification they needed and Both were approved that same day (Sunday). I was told it can up to 5 business days. When I still haven’t received anything, I contacted support who said that they have no info for me and they are contacting their payment processor, who has delayed my withdrawal. I bank with CIBC and always received my money (from other casinos) within a couple days. Does anyone know why this happened? Or how to speed up my withdrawal? I just started paying on this casino and I really like it so it would suck if this is going to be a reoccurring problem.
