Maybe somebody tried to hack you, or login with IPs from other countries. Put together all the information you have on the account holder, so that you have them in case they start verifing over the phone and give them a call see what it is about.

Seems fairly easy to simply open an account and check for yourself...it would have been quicker than posting here and wait for an answer. Also, it makes no sense for a bookie to limit deposits to an obscure method like Astropay, so my money is on an incompetent staff member.

I would be surprised If you find good arbs with a 5% turnover tax. It's certainly an uphill battle. Any bookie who doesn't charge you directly will obviously compensate with higher margins.

Ive had a few voided bets from Pinnacle over the years, one for bad lines and one or two for betting after the start time (Which it wasnt but they wernt having any of it). They wont change their mind im afraid. I would say take the hit on the chin and carry on, you will hopefully soon recover...
