I'm very sceptical about this. If you gain strategy and Know-how from someone, then you don't need him anymore. and you don't have any reason to help him, maybe you will send him some software, but i doubt you will update it for him. And even if you help him, you can destroy the opportunity if you hit bookies hard. I think everyone has to develop his own bot, maybe with help from some people outside the industry.
