Had a withdrawal of £700 and odd on Friday, sadly due to document and verification issues it took a while longer than usual.
Normally the L and L group pay me within the hour.
Anyhow whilst sending bank statements in pdf, passport, proof of address etc etc the staff at all british where lovely and polite.
They replied to all emails in a timely manner and I had super rep pm’ing me also assuring me all was well.
The main man ‘Jan’ messaged earlier stating it would be paid this evening.
Just checked the old bank and it’s there already, wasn’t expecting it until tomorrow.
So massive thanks to all british and Jan especially in times like these where business’s are clearly stretched.
It’s frankly another perfect experience with the L and L group and there casinos.
Also a rep who gives a shit and handles his business like a boss.
As you guys know I’m no shill, but as always where credit is due I’m the first to say.
You want a top man and rep and a group whom are fair and efficient then L and L will have your back.
