Hi everyone!

Recently I signed up with AmunRa casino.
I was lucky and at the end of the wager requirement which I successfully wagered I was left with 1300 EUR to cashout. :D

I requested a cashout with trustly and my account was verified today. Overall my experience with this casino has been excellent with the exception of the withdrawal process.

Having played with other casino’s in the N1 interactive Ltd. group before I did not expect to stumble upon any problems when making a withdrawal request.

I requested the withdrawal of 1300 EUR yesterday and today I received an email congratulation me on my winnings and at the same time stating that my withdrawal of 1300 EUR was declined and I was asked to request three separate withdrawals of 400 EUR, 400 EUR and 500 EUR.

I logged in to my account and the withdrawal was indeed cancelled so I did as they said and requested three new withdrawals as was requested by the finance department.
Shortly after this i received the following email:

Congratulations on your winnings!

We would like to inform you that your payouts will be made in full accordance with the following shedule:

To be executed Outdated URL - 400 EUR
To be executed Outdated URL - 400 EUR
To be executed Outdated URL - 500 EUR


Seperating my withdrawals over 10/11 days is new to me. Other than that it seems like a very good casino. I have had bigger withdrawals paid within hours on slotwolf (also part of the same group). I have to wait untill the finance department contacts me with an explanation about the separate withdrawals.

In the meantime maybe there is someone here that has some experience with the withdrawal procedure at this casino?
