Arbing Pinnacle/Sing vs Exchange

Just a small question: is it (still) possible to Arb using Pinnacle/Singbet/18BET vs an Exchange (like eg Betfair) or are the too intertwined ?
I know there are a few "soft"bookies, but I have been limited a few times already?

Sometimes observed, in-play mode. Pinny, SBO and some others vs Exchange, especially Matchbook. Disappear extremely fast.
