Yesterday I make a deposit to claim their 150% first deposit bonus. I have problem to open a page. When I click on that button, a new page pop out and I get the 'the site are refused to connect's. So I make an inquiry with the customer service. First attempt, it was a long process. I have to wait at least 3 minutes after my message to get reply. On my third message, the chat conversation was ended. So I contact again for second time. Same thing, when u ask how to claim the 'first deposit bonus's, they ask me to wait and the chat was ended. Today while I have a free time, I try to ask for the third time. Yes, same thing again when I ask the same question. Got the same reply and after that the chat was ended.
