Best coaches in Football and performance

I thought it would be interesting and fun to start a discussion about this. The forum often talks about teams and players. Trainers are then mentioned as an afterthought. How much influence does a trainer have on a player group? Who has failed in recent years and who has done well? A harsh but also beautiful statement from Mourinho, for example, was that Frank de Boer was the worst coach in the Premier League in his time.
He turned out to be right, after all. Frank de Boer then became coach of the Dutch national team and played a worthless European Championship with that team.
Louis van Gaal is a success coach, perhaps he should have lasted longer and is that perhaps the right man for PSG next year?

Van Gaal has always been a very good coach. He was successful at Bayern Munich, but it started with Ajax in the 90s, where he won the Champions League with that team in 94/95. Some even considered the best team of all time. A coach is decisive for a team, but then you have to have the player material or at least have potential, and see what those players can achieve. Could there be such a thing as the top 5 greatest coaches of all time?
