Hello, Betcris got blacklisted in my country (Croatia) one month ago, I wanted to withdraw my money but couldn't access their site anymore... After a few weeks, I started using VPN and continued betting there. Then I wanted to make a withdrawal and now they are making big problems for me and canceling my withdrawal every time even though my account is fully verified. The reason for that is because I'm using VPN and they know it. But that's the only way I can make a withdrawal.

Excuse me but haven't they informed you to withdraw money before they banned your country?
Lately their behavior has been unqualified, suddenly they raised fees from 0,x% to 3,5% without
informing customers so I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't received any communication by them.
