Betfair Fixed Odds

What does everyone think if the navigation on the new "improved" Betfair site? A few bugs for me and not very smooth.

Betfair seem to be very keen on a big push towards the fixed odds section. Slowly they have pushed out the high turnover traders with premium charges and overall odds have declined in value. I guess the betting exchange does not make enough money for the shareholders.

I guess they will start limiting sharp players, just like a traditional online bookmakers.

I use Betfair every day of the year but have yet to see any sign of a sportsbook (as opposed to exchange markets). This isn't the first time I've heard about it but never thought to ask before. How can I have missed it? Where can I find it? Very confused!
