I wanted to share my experience with a new casino BPLAY.org put online in cooperation with(they said so) Binance cryptocurrency trading site.
Are there any forum members active?
The few complaints I had or remarks weren't answered by their support so I felt a bit obliged to inform this forum about their site.
Asked support for the RTP rate for example of BPLAY originals game or under what license they operate cause there isn't any visible on their site.. I got no response after I asked that specific question. Then also what law they governing wich it seems the Seychelles Islands (how surprising) Also the company doesn't have a stated adress anywhere and there promoted ''responsible gaming ''tools arent available to limit play only self exclude by email. BPLAY seems a predatory gaming site.. They do offer the live games and shows from Evolution Gaming.
It really surprised me since the company is linked to Binance and a lot of people used this It felt ''safe'' . The site is constantly changing and adjusting for the better but the overall experience and support is negative and unhelpfull or they don't understand the questions asked.
Also cashing out the BPLAY Tokens wasn't possible because; '''they needed to air the tokens on a stockmarket''
