On the 8th of March, I was betting on FortuneJack, suddenly my account gets logged out, and moments later I get an email from support telling me that someone has made a withdrawal, which I of course denied and told them to cancel it immidietely. I will show you the screeenshots of our Email conversation here.
They asked me what account I'd like to keep, and I explained and told them I'd like to keep the one I was only playing on, right after that, within minutes, my account gets blocked, no response at all from Fortunejack, and they refused to give any explanations.
I tried for days contactnig them on live support.
So, they won't give me an explaination why they closed my Account, no ToS was broken, I'd say, stay far away from this site, regards.
