The last promo was "Get a 50% up to 2BTC + 100 Free Spin bonus when you try this bonus" "Use the FJ50500 bonus code". It says nothing about the free spins being Pragmatic which I can't even access normally as a U.S. Player. So after the deposit I waited a day to find out I wasn't eligible. Why I can spend the money and then be told to trick the system by chat because they could issue a different provider free spins, can only mean greed. I did win once and they had me post a good review here but I was reluctant because my first experience was this dialogue:

This was a lot of wasted time to result in annoyance and loss of trust. Just trying to save someone time when researching honest casino options. The one good thing was that the chat operation seems to be a bit improved and more prompt since Jan.

If you're not clear about the advertisement it is better to clarify before you add funds to any site. If you're not happy then just withdraw your funds and they also don't take any withdrawals fee. What they said also correct because all fine details they may not be able to show in the advertisements and sometimes it frustrates us but partially it is our fault as well.
