Hi All really need some advice as to whether I am right or wrong regarding a new account i have recently set up...
Joined Novibet as seemed to have some good feedback on here.
Took ages to get KYC confirmed but hey ho....
so deposited £300 and got a bonus of £150 that I didnt ask for but wasnt that fussed as gives me some extra play money and as per the norm now it said Real money is used first etc so if i hit a win before using it all was dandy !!
I hit bugger all in the whole £450 and ran balance down to 1p ....... to confirm thats 1p!!!
re-deposited and hit a nice £1200 win soon after...
so balance now £1300 ish
went to withdraw £1000 and have a play with the rest to be told that I was tied into a bonus and need to stake another £10,500 ?????
I was under the impression that cash is always used before bonus funds and therefore the fact I had 0.01 left in there that was officially bonus funds was irrelevant?
There was no option to cancel bonus or warning that after redepositing that new cash would be tied up etc as I thought all that had changed?
Tried to speak to them on chat but they didnt help much just said would forward my issue.... no real clue if im right regarding cash first etc and chat guy said not his department and couldnt help
