Pinnacle Closing Line: Definition?

Hello! How exactly is the Pinnacle closing line defined? Is it the odds of a match a minute before kick-off or is it something like an average of odds over a period of time (1 hour or so)?

Also are there any sites that record the pinnacle closing odds of matches? I've only seen oddschecker and it would show some of the odds movement of different bookmakers even after the match is over but I dont know if it shows the actual closing odds. Can anyone tell me?

The closing line is the line at the exact time the match starts. Oddsportal shows a history of odds and odds movements as well as the closing line, but they don't show the history of the live lines.
