I have a friend of mine who was a beginner arber at the time the guy had small balance but he was clearing the bookmarks bonus and doing some small percentage arbs in order to not attract attention but because the dumb Portuguese government approved a law that banned almost all of the good bookmarkers of the country then this guy stopped arbing.
I'm also a beginner but this friend of mine is requesting me help how can he arb although he is in Portugal. Can anyone give some tips?
