Possible Slotum Issue

I messed up, when I opened up my Slotum account I put in the correct year of birth but accidentaly reversed the month and day, so instead of putting 21 I typed 12, I have reached out to the rep on PM, my concern is that I have a 7k withdrawal pending, I am hoping they will be reasonable, I have nothing to hide, I do not play with bonuses and only have 1 account, I have never not been paid from a casino and never had to PAB.......what a screw up.
