Is there a rep for Pragmatic Play? I played $50 on one hand, clearly won but there was no payout. Nothing happened for a minute and the next game commenced as if the previous game didnt occur. My bet remained there and this time I lost. The casino told me my bet was not a winning bet and that there is no video. I feel being cheated as surely every game was recorded. I lodged the complaint to the casino less than half an hour after this happened so surely they hadnt deleted the video yet.
I hope to get hold of someone to pursue the case further. If not, this is a total ripoff..
