Hi I have an account with dafabet and I placed a withdrawal on 14th april 19. To make it clear at firat that it is not a first time withdrawal. So I wait for almost a week and then when i follow up my withdrawal their representatives used the same scripted lines that it takes 1-4 working days. This happens almost 8-10 times and none of them was bothered to have a look that whether it was approved or not. After thaton 22nd april they told me to check it with your bank and asking for my bank statement. When i request my bank for any such transaction they ask me for the transaction id which again dafabet is not able to provide me. After all these non sense they did the worst ever thing they can do they refund it in my account and them themselve make a withdrawal request which i think has only my right to do. They are juat breaching the privacy of an account holder. Who knows that incase tomorrow i put a large stake and when i will be about to won that one they will just cashout it at a low settlement value. Mh issue's are following :-
1. Why there representatives are not verifying a complaint at their end rather than using those scripts.
2. How can someone trust you if you are breaching the privacy.
