Yep - it's been more than 10 days now since Rizk locked my account, asking for SOW.
I immediately uploaded the required documents.
Then a week ago they sent me an e-mail asking me to "go to My Account page and upload SOW documents"... HOW am I supposed to that when my account is locked??? :eek2:
I immediately replied pointing out that I had already supplied the documents, and attached them again to my e-mail, just to be sure.
Since then - silence
