Skrill Question

I would appreciate any help with this, thanks in advance:

So I have the luxury problem to have been quite successful with Arbing and I'm trying to transfer some profits from a friend's Skrill to my own Skrill, I got the message that "recipient cannot accept any transfers." I had previously transferred some funds from friends' accounts to my own account but within reasonable limits - so I'm not speaking about any high stakes or so.

Of course I will contact Skrill support for this but I wanted to prepare for their questions first. Anybody know what is wrong here? How do other people solve their problem if they try to withdraw their winnings?

Before anything else, are you sure your account has the appropriate limits to receive these funds?
