Hi I made a large withdrawal 2 days ago on the slingo website, however I received an email yesterday from them saying they couldn't send my funds to my requested method and asked for my IBAN and SWIFT/BIC details.. is this normal as I've never requested a withdrawal for this amount before? Also the funds are still pending in my account, how long does this process take?

Which was method you wanted to withdraw? Some big wins might be over limits for some methods, ie. sending millions to debit card most often don't work and similar scenarios, so then bank transfer often is easiest.

What sounds positive is that they want to pay you, so i would provde them account number as they requested.
