SlotsLV disabled account after 12000 withdrawal request

Hello. I've been depositing with slots LV for several months now and finally hit it big and asked for 9000 withdrawal as soon as I did they disabled my account pending a 48 hour investigation. So far it's been 6 days and I've yet to hear from them and everything that I read online seems to me like they're going to scam me out of my money. it's funny that they don't ask for verification when depositing but as soon as you asked for a withdrawal they want to look for any reason not to pay you I'm a single mother with my husband deceased just last month I was going to use this money for gifts for my 3 daughters. Well seems like those plans have canceled now because of a scam that I was blinded by.
