Recently I had a problem with BetOnline.ag. I placed 4 bets on E-Sports, on the “3rd map winner”, all of them were accepted.
Some hours later, when I logged on the site, I found that they were all voided.
Three of them would have been winning bets, one is a correct void because the event ended 2-0 so the 3rd map hasn’t been play.
Totally they refused me to pay bets for a total of more than 600$
They told me that the odds were incorrect, but it’s not true. The new odds where around the same, the “mistake” wasn’t clear. It was not an odds offered at @12 instead of @1.2, we are taking about @1.57 instead of @1.5
