My account locked(can’t bet or withdraw money) for two month now and it is still ‘under investigation’. No further info were provided to me. In my last chat with their support agent said they need to investigate a lot of accounts because ‘other account are related playing’. Not sure what does it mean. Even if someone played same games/bets as me why do they fucking care about it since this is my only account.

Also stay away from sportsbookreview.com/forum/ too as they deleted my thread about this problem. I found that ‘A rated’ bookie on their site and they just deleted my thread and permanently banned my forum account.

It seems like they think you are part of a betting syndicate.

Personally, i haven't had a problem with them even with mid 5 fig withdrawls. That being said, 2 months is way too long.

Do you have any screenshots of your thread on SBR? I'd like to see why it was deleted and your account banned.
