Verify virtual card at Pinnacle

Hello. Does anybody have an experience with verifying of virtual card at Pinnacle? I have a couple deposits from my virtual visa card (it's a bank card) and now I need to verify it somehow.. Now I understand it was my own fault and I shouldn't have used it.. But may be somebody knows how to solve the problem

I believe the best course of action would be contacting Pinnacle directly and explaining that your card is virtual debit card. I am sure they will tell you what to do next.
