I got an offer for 100% bonus and 150 extra spins on Dead or Alive at Videoslots on 29 April. I deposited and tried to activate the spins first, it wouldn't allow whilst I had an active bonus. So I played, lost deposit, cancelled the bonus and tried to activate the spins again. It still wouldn't allow, same message due to active bonus.
Spoke to chat who sounded very efficient, agreed said it was an issue with it thinking the bonus is still active and they would email the relevant dept. The next day 30 April I spoke to chat again who said they are very busy and strict with the queue and I would hear from them eventually. Its 2 May now and I still haven't heard from them. Am I being too impatient? I just want to play the spins.
