Will the betting site confiscate my money because I did arbitrage?

Hi,
I have just started arbitrage betting and I have some questions on my mind. One of them and the biggest is that if the sites I do arbitrage find out that I am arbitrage, will they block me and confiscate my money?

If the bookmaker is a reliable one, then nothing bad will happen to your funds. Arbitrage is not illegal, even though some bookmakers forbid this type of betting in their T&Cs.
If the bookmaker is dodgy, then your funds will be confiscated. But this would happen even if you didn't arb.

it depends on the rules from the book, as someone else, its not illegal but some sportsbooks dont like it
